Job Description
Responsibilities
- Delegate and coordinate with brewing, packaging, PM, utility section the work for mechanics and explain to the concerned, to implement as for planned maintenance as well as for troubleshooting and problem-solving. Troubleshoot machinery and equipment in brewery.
- Analyze the cause of machine breakdown and find out a preventive solution. Make a proposal to improve the performance of the machinery.
- Analyze, summarize and report time and cost for maintenance and engineering spare part. Find out the way to reduce maintenance cost and spare part stock value.
- Advice and assist electrician and mechanic team to perform maintenance & repair jobs.
- Control and follow up the maintenance plan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years experience in a supervisory position
- Computer literacy (Excel, word, power point )
- Professional knowledge of machinery and have good analytical skill.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Lao.
