And in order to be a better player in the market, we first have to put that quality product into their hands. And that's where your skills come in!
You will be responsible for procuring goods and services from third parties on behalf of AB Heineken Philippines, as well as:
- Work in partnership with each business to consolidate spend and manage supplier relationships to enhance purchasing power to deliver value and significant financial benefits to the different departments.
- Support the end to end cycle from the time when the purchase request is placed until the items / services get delivered and vendor gets paid within agreed payment terms.
- Develop contracts and identifies consolidation opportunities that’s to be put into contract.
- Lead in understanding the demand to ensure advanced planning to eliminate inefficiencies from ‘fire-fighting'
- Ensure the best price is sourced out in the market, enable parameters to select the most qualified supplier
- Identify proper vendors to be accredited in ABHP and drives the best way to buy process to end users
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience of procurement processes and ERP system functionality
- Good knowledge of Master Data requirements, supplier qualification and set up of processes and procedures
- Well organized and able to manage competing priorities
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Proven track record of identifying and executing Continuous Improvement projects
- Minimum of 3-years professional experience (incl. 2-years in Procurement or similar discipline)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and in teams
- Knowledge of the contracts and category strategies for commodities supported
