Being a Packaging Team Leader for Supply Chain is a challenging yet rewarding and fulfilling role! And in order to be a better player in the market, we first have to put that quality product into their hands. And that's where your skills come in!

You will be working in line with the defined and implemented global HEINEKEN safety standards to ensure all events are recorded and collected with basic analyses and recognition of highest risks. As well as:

  • Ensure there are no product issues and events are timely recorded and processed in case of deviations
  • Act as a role model in safety implementation by reporting of near miss and unsafe conditions to ensure the execution of SHE objectives are in line with applicable internal and external procedures, standards and regulations
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations in Packaging area to achieve a safe and healthy working environment by implementing of safety procedures during daily activities and take corrective and preventive measures to rectify unsafe conditions immediately.
  • With the mindset of having no reject or rework activities done, you will lead FTR on the whole production process (Process Control Leader), analyse and eradicate non-conformity through good quality RCFA, and ensure the quality of the products are achieved and maintained in order take necessary measures in ensuring continuity of the operations and to continuous improvement of the product quality
  • Drive for the implementation of TPM in daily work (Machine Board, TPM Team, 5S, RCFA)
  • Ensure the achievement of KPI’s (Line performance, Energy Consumptions, Packaging Material Losses, etc.) through TPM approach
  • Liaise with related departments (Logistics, Process, Quality Assurance, and Engineering) in terms of continuous supply of packaging materials, beer, chemicals, spare parts and energy to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Ensure the quality of implementation of Autonomous Maintenance according to the standards by analysing, controlling, reporting and take necessary countermeasures
  • Lead and develop operators to increase their competencies and involvement in Packaging priorities by conducting regular assessment, define skill GAP & TNA, and collaborating with Training Department to organize training activity
  • Make report for production activities (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) including downtime, performance (KPI’s), Utilities Usage, Chemical Consumption, Material consumption, and countermeasures on critical issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Must be a Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electronic & Automation Engineering)
  • At least 1-3 years beverage technological experience and managing of people

We prefer someon who has experience in:

  • Packaging / Quality of Packaging / Packaging Operations / FMCG production Management, etc.
  • People Management and Leadership
  • TPM / Lean / 6 Sigma, etc.
