Job Description
Work Hours: 9AM-7PM (adjustable), 5 day work week (Monday - Friday)
As part of our ever-growing team of young and top-caliber employees, your role is to ensure the following:·
- Lead and support data-driven analysis for the sales force
- Understand, interpret, analyze data and translate them to actionable insights
- Prepare and present reports based on analyzed data
The Sales Capability Data Analyst will report directly to the Sales Force Automation Manager and coordinate with different channels across the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Mastered proficiency in Microsoft programs (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Proficient in dashboard or template creation
- Preferably experienced in Power BI
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Passionate and driven to excel and grow with the company
- A fast learner who can enthusiastically grasp and execute the Heineken culture
- Pro-active in delivering value-added business analysis to different stakeholders
