Job Description
Aarki is looking for an energetic and passionate Client Services Associate to join our team. The Client Services Associate is responsible for owning, managing, and growing relationships with Europe based accounts across multiple verticals in the mobile advertising industry. We are looking for someone who understands the value of nurturing customer relationships. This is a high-profile customer facing role requiring outstanding relationship management and account optimization skills. The ideal candidate will be creative, strategic, and self-driven; will understand the customer and their advertising needs; and knows how to become a trusted partner to clients so they continue to grow with Aarki.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with user acquisition contacts
- Understand a client’s strategic goals and develop plans to partner on these goals
- Cultivate and expand existing accounts through frequent communications and understand the client’s organization and objectives
- Identify new revenue opportunities within accounts to promote any upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Constant evaluation of client experience allowing for improved processes and actions
- Preemptively spot any potentially problematic patterns and lead efforts to turn around at-risk accounts
- Work cross-functionally to ensure that customer projects are on track and executed appropriately by creative, data science, or product teams
- Partner with marketing to align sponsor and event content
- Quickly learn about products, including new releases or updates, and translate that knowledge into actionable growth plans
- Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on product improvements, bug fixes, and any other client comments or concerns
The start time for this position is 2pm Manila PH time, which is start of day in Europe.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a business, marketing field or communication arts
- Preferably had an internship in advertising, digital or media agency
- A passion for client services and a love of building and maintaining client relationships
- A passion for client services and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple clients at various stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize appropriately, manage multiple timelines, and deliver results under pressure.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, and active listening capabilities.
