Our growing company is seeking for a dynamic individual as an entry level Partnerships Manager to play a full-time role on our team. This role will require you to demonstrate a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and the ability to provide expert guidance, partnership and value to our partners and become their trusted advisor. You will grow revenue by helping partners to understand the value of the Aarki platform and the rich, interactive advertising possibilities it enables. By developing relationships with clients you will ensure that you are the client’s champion inside Aarki, making sure their current and future needs are met. This is an individual contributor role with an opportunity to grow responsibilities if you demonstrate talent, commitment and success. You will be responsible for developing Aarki’s relationships with game developers and mobile-focused brands. A successful candidate will work interdepartmentally to craft and pitch custom proposals to diverse clients, evangelizing Aarki's proprietary programmatic and creative solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem and the ability to provide expert guidance and value to our partners and become their trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new client business, close sales, and grow accounts to meet revenue goals
  • Promote Aarki in the industry and seek out client accounts that best fit Aarki's solution
  • Participate in all internal sales meetings to facilitate knowledge sharing and provide progress updates to the sales team and upper management
  • Research trends in the industry that impact your customer base
  • Identify marketplace opportunities, prospect and engage new clients, develop proposals, and manage the contract process
  • Prepare regular client reports and attending client meetings
  • Upsell and cross-sell current client base
  • Represent Aarki's brand personality and positioning in the marketplace to ensure cohesiveness and unity internally and externally
  • Collaborate with, mentor, and train fellow sales associates to support the overall growth of the company
  • Work closely with client services, creative, and analysts to ensure holistic customer success
  • Provide feedback and ideas on ways to improve the Aarki products and services to best serve our partners
  • Create, manage and execute account plans to grow revenue with existing clients
  • Continually build understanding and knowledge of mobile advertising ecosystem, clients' business, and competitive environment to contribute informed strategic and creative ideas
  • Play key role in client-facing account activities including client meetings, industry events and trade shows, promotions, media relations, program implementation (some travel required)
  • Take advantage of internal and external networking opportunities to enhance professional development and company visibility
  • Develop relationships with key clients to generate and grow revenue opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of progress with clients in Aarki’s internal systems
  • Provide regular and accurate forecasts and business updates to supervisor
  • Champion the needs of your client
  • Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts to develop media plans

Minimum Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience

  • Entry level or fresh graduates only with business insights and curiosity
  • Can display an extraordinary work ethic and motivated to being a top performer
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Unflappable personality with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
  • Basic or thorough knowledge of consultative selling including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, objection handling, and closing.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and extroverted personality
  • Passion to succeed and over-achieve within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to do customer facing with analytic skills
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Willing to travel as required
  • Problem solver with the ability to "think outside the box."

  • Can sell an advertising or SaaS solution
  • Knowledge in mobile app user acquisition & retargeting
  • Understanding of HTML5 / rich media advertising
  • Prospecting and developing new client relationships
  • Can display business and negotiation skills
  • Dynamic personality and can build client relationships
  • Resilience, flexibility and eagerness to constantly learn and try new approaches
  • A confident, focused attitude coupled with humility and the desire to grow
