Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT

  • Shall perform requirements gathering & documentation as detailed below:
    • 1.1 Document Client Requirements based on the information gathered.
    • 1.2 Analyze the given requirements and identify scenarios that may affect the system behavior.
    • 1.3 Create timetable for the assigned Project in coordination with Tech Leads.
    • 1.4 Responsible in completing signatories of Software Requirements Specification on time.
    • 1.5 Conduct Requirement Reviews with the Project Team to ensure that every member understands the requirements.
    • 1.6 Present and discuss with the Project Team the timetable to make every member aware of their deadlines.
    • 1.7 Attend to all questions of any project team member related to requirements.
    • 1.8 Document existing system features, procedures, and other system related information.
    • 1.9 Implement Standards set for the company, particularly in conducting Requirements Gathering and Testing Execution.
    • 1.10 Review, check, and approve Test Reports of the QC Team Members to ensure that they follow the standards in preparing Test Reports.
    • 1.11 Monitor Bug Reporting and status. Coordinate with the Project Team to ensure Bug Report Status is updated.
  • Monitor status of the assigned Project and make sure timetable set is being followed.
  • Prepare weekly Number Reports of the Project Team.
  • Shall perform other duties and responsibilities assigned when need arise.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT

  • Shall be responsible in ensuring an effective and quality support to Clients and Team members as detailed below:
  • Supervise and work with the team to meet client requirements.
  • Ensure that deliverables are done on or before the deadline.
  • Escalate client concerns and issues to the management.
  • Update x2 Worklist with the current status of the Project assigned.
  • Monitor Project Team's x2 Logs.
  • Approve filed AEF of Software QA Member/s, direct report.
  • Conduct daily/weekly Software QA Team Meeting.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the Software Quality Standards for Titanium Technologies.
  • Not more than two unplanned absences per month unless with written document from the physician.
  • Minimum of one week notice for vacation leave.
  • 100% compliance on standard procedures set by the management.
  • Log 100% of tasks at x2 system everyday.

​​​​​​​TEAM PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Shall ensure technical and behavioural competencies are met and achieved by leading and developing a competitive and success-driven Team.
  • Observe weekly performance evaluation of the entire Team.
  • Monitor attendance of the Software QA Member/s.
  • Initiate weekly performance coaching of the entire Team.
  • Implement improvement plans based on data and set direction by management for team’s highest quality of work output.
  • Develop the Team by initiating and/or facilitating Trainings on a weekly basis.
  • Conduct evaluation to Software QA Member/s and submit PA Forms on time.
  • Ensure that the Team Members abide to Titanium’s Policies and Code of Conduct.
  • Research on how to upgrade team’s technical capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge on Visual Basic, Visual Foxpro, and/or other programming languages.
  • Basic SQL knowledge (select, update, delete, insert query command).
  • Basic knowledge on attendance audit, timekeeping, and manual payroll computation.
  • With Leadership and Management Skills.
  • With excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Output-oriented and has drive for improving success.
  • Organize and with excellent documentation skills.
  • Work with minimum supervision.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • The position requires a graduate of any four (4) year course in Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • The position requires good to excellent verbal and written communication skills both Filipino and English Languages.

  • The position requires exceptional reasoning ability to perceive, analyse and understand concepts and ideas clearly and therefore provide basic to complex solution to perceived challenges at hand.

In addition, below skills and qualifications are required to perform the job duties and responsibilities accordingly:

  • The position requires a little physical effort because of the need to go to the client’s premises at times and/or when needed. This position also requires a considerable concentration and creativity since it is more often subject to stress caused by a changing environment, diversity in the organization, tight deadlines and workload.
