- Assist the Deployment and Lead in all deployment-related tasks including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots and resources.
- Member of Ariba BAU team and provide 24x5 support rotating shift APAC, MID, US with weekend on-call support rotation
- Manage ServiceNow service request and incident tickets and requests via the support mailbox
- Generate Ariba reports as scheduled 3 General competency
- Good team player that is able to collaborate with other teams/team members
- Able to work well under pressure
Minimum Qualifications
- Functional knowledge in Ariba Downstream or Upstream or Contracts Sourcing
- Knowledgeable in Ariba reporting
- Production support experience
- Technical knowledge on Ariba Integration Understands CIG, CI, XML, HTTPS, Ariba API
- Java programming background f Nice to have: SQL programming background
- Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skill
