Job Description

- Act as technical support engineer in solutioning customers’ IT problems, incidents, issues, requests, and queries.
- Coordinate with other support teams as necessary to help resolve customer requests or incidents
- Properly document, notify, escalate, track, and follow up of all incidents and cases
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree or undergraduate with 3 years of college education or 2 years Associate Degree with at least one (1) year experience in Contact Center, Technical Support or any related to Service Desk Experience.
- Trainings/ Knowledge Transfer/ Bootcamp sessions will be provided before deployment to assigned projects
- Preferably With good knowledge and skills in IT
- Interest in providing technical support and assistance to clients and end-users via call, chat and email
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
