Job Description
- Critical client-facing consulting role that interprets and translates client requirements into a technology solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings.
- Have a good understanding of policy making and strategic decision-making with regards to insurance products in the markets
- Understand the current trends in the industry – especially the impact of InsureTech
- Solutioning and support RFP from domain point of view
- Acts as a key member of the deal/sales team to represent the technology solution offering to the client/internal groups.
- Drives the sign off on the technology solution and acts as an interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services and determine appropriate structure, delivery locations and related costs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least 5 years' relevant experience
- Should have led large client delivery in the Insurance Industry
- Have significant knowledge of the Regulatory environment and the challenge it presents
- Interacted with technology solution providers in selecting / implementing insurance solutions for their company
- Expert in formulating and bringing the story live to articulate client value propositions
- Insurance Industry Domain Knowledge
- Good hustling ability
- Product/concept selling
- Excellent in communication/articulation, Pre-sales/Solution Architecting,
- Proven client facing skills, Executive Presence, responding to RFP / RFI requests, delivering demonstrations and customer presentations and helping to secure new business
