Job Description
- Responsible for provision of financial management support to address project specific business issues and ensure the financials are aligned to overall ATCP targets and plans
- Key objective is to help identify, address, manage issues related to Payroll process which impact overall Tech operations, working closely with Center Management Team
- Provides support to monthly financial review and analysis with Tech Finance team and provide insights on variances against annual plans and forecasts.
- Help resolve issues and follow ups from financial management reviews and coordinate any adjustments and anomalies noted in the results
- Provide Finance Specialist with project specific relevant highlights and updates from management reviews
- Assists in providing input and support on creation of new tools and processes to improve efficiency in Tech Finance cycles
- Provide ad-hoc and exception financial analysis to complement monthly financial reports
- Assists in managing the annual planning and quarterly operating cost forecasting cycles for supported projects and GCP ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Accounting related course; preferably CPA
- Must have at least 2 to 3 years relevant finance experience
- Has experience in Budgeting and forecasting
- Strong interpersonal Communication, Critical Thinking and Analytical skills
- Organizational skills
- Good to have knowledge of US GAAP and SAP Financials
- Willing to work in Boni, Mandaluyong or Global 1, Eastwood
- Regular Shift, 9 am to 6pm
