Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Training Needs Analysis
- Conduct training needs analysis and assessment
- Training Design and Development
- Identify key effectiveness measures prior to content development.
- Responsible for content research, outline creation, development of training evaluation measures, training materials creation, knowledge assessment
2. Training Delivery
- Monitor progress of trainees by tracking performance indicators
- Manage training calendar by making sure that all classes have faculty members assigned
- Monitor trainer performance by tracking End-of-Course evaluation scores
- Coach and mentor other trainees and internal and external trainers
- Conduct trainer audit by observing other trainers facilitating BPO capability Development programs
3. Training Evaluation
- Gather data from operations to measure training program effectiveness
- Prepare training reports like training effectiveness measures, training completion reports, etc.
- Analyze training effectiveness scores and propose improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree course
- At least 1 year experience as an American English comms trainer/coach in a BPO customer service environment
- Candidates with training experience in a non-BPO experience are welcome to apply
- Excellent English communication skills on both written and verbal
- Willing to work in Accenture Cebu
- Willing to go back on-site once recalled
