Job Description
The Training Associate Manager is responsible for the overall capability development program in specific business units in the Accenture Operations workforce. They will provide direct support to business unit(s) of high complexity. Tasks may include:
- Directing/Conducting the needs assessment cycle
- Aligning and managing business needs with solutions, budgets, cost implications, and quality
- Designing and developing capability development solutions
- Coordinating or delivering capability development events
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Must have at least 8 years of experience in Training and Development in a Human Resource Shared Services Industry
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as HR Training and Development Manager
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound decision making and organizational skills
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle
- Experienced in talent management and succession planning
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
- Ability to calculate training ROI
- Accurate and efficient with very good organizational skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously
- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
- Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team adding positive attitude and business focus
