Job Description
- The role will be focused in managing entry level applications in our databases, track candidate status, coordinate with various recruitment teams for the campus candidates’ application progress and provide timely feedback.
- The role will also Take part in events, campus career fairs, student org networking and any projects aimed to develop our campus talent pipeline.
- The role will be involved in understanding the recruitment process for Campus, from sourcing, screening, and interviewing fresh graduates or entry level candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
- Must have 2 years experience in Sourcing
- Background and experience in volume hiring or Headhunting
- Experience in representing company in school job fairs, campus talks, recruiting-related presentations
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting
