Job Description
Development Training Analyst is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of various capability development programs in the BPO workforce; primarily focusing on communication, professional development, delivery skills, and leadership skills.
1. Training Needs Analysis
- Conduct training needs analysis and assessment
- Conduct pre-training study and assessmentsa
2. Training Design and Development
- Identify key effectiveness measures prior to content development.
- Responsible for content research, outline creation, development of training evaluation measures, training materials creation, knowledge assessment
3. Training Delivery
- Deliver AL Capability Development programs
- Monitor progress of trainees by tracking performance indicators
- Manage training calendar by making sure that all classes have faculty members assigned
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for AL Capability Development programs and certify both internal and external trainers
- Monitor trainer performance by tracking End-of-Course evaluation scores
- Coach and mentor other trainees and internal and external trainers
- Conduct trainer audit by observing other trainers facilitating BPO capability Development programs
4. Training Evaluation
- Gather data from operations to measure training program effectiveness
- Prepare training reports like training effectiveness measures, training completion reports, etc.
- Analyze training effectiveness scores and propose improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in Training and Development
- Training needs analysis, design, and development experience is an advantage
- Comfortable in data analysis and use of basic statistical tools and report generation
- Excellent issue management and problem solving skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications like PowerPoint, Excel, Word
