Job Description
The Compliance Analyst is expected to provide support to the Compliance Associate Manager. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with maintaining operational compliance with client's policies and applicable laws, accreditation standards, contract and delivery center requirements by partnering with Operations Management and support teams.
- Provide compliance directives, updates and establish programs to foster compliance (such as making presentations and holding conference calls about compliance issues, sending email reminders about compliance practices, auditing, etc.).
- Assist in reviewing and monitoring compliance with contractual requirements and remediation of observations. Update contract compliance tracker and publishes the same.
- Research and follow up on non-compliance until closure and escalates any non-compliance in a timely manner. Report compliance status on issues to Compliance Leadership and Service Delivery Leads.
- Maintain compliance risk logs and track items until resolution to demonstrate mitigation efforts.
- Confirm accuracy of regulatory reports and deliverables, and submit by due dates.
- Assist in monitoring Corrective Action Plans to closure and confirm improvement is sustained.
- Assist in investigating and monitoring complaints and disclosures.
- Conduct periodic floor walks to validate compliance with security and technological controls with emphasis on BPO Baseline Policies, URAC and other contractual security audit parame
Minimum Qualifications
- Open to College graduate and undergraduate with relevant work experience in Risk and Compliance
- Must have at least 7 years of experience in Risk and Compliance
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as Risk and Compliance Team Lead
- Minimum of 2-3 years related regulatory or compliance experience/exposure with ability to analyze, write, and integrate highly technical information into action plans
- Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
- Must be proficient in MS Excel
