Job Description
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve client processes and drive value through process optimization
- Conduct process maturity assessments and implement standardization of finance & accounting processes across multiple customers
- Leverage understanding of industry-leading tools, regional nuances and emerging practices to drive value for clients
- Replicate industry best practices across customers
- Conduct BOI/SLA/KPI evaluations and recommend changes
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Finance or any Business related courses
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in Order to Cash
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in Order to Cash Managerial role
- Must be expert in End-to-end Order-to-Cash life cycle
- Experience in Business Transformation is an advantage
- Directly engaging with the customers and Stakeholder Management
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, or any accounting-related ERPs
- Strong Client-facing skills
- Positive approach in supporting customer & company needs
- Must be able to lead a team of managers and supervisors/team leads
- Goal-oriented individual with strong time and task management
- Organized and methodical person with logical approach in addressing issues and strong analytical skills
- Must be open to work in all Accenture office locations (Cubao, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Eastwood)
