Job Description:

Manage the scope of HR services delivered for the respective entity or business, inclusive of internal teams and external HR service providers. Ensure alignment of delivery to strategic objectives of HR and business. Drive delivery excellence initiatives, using benchmarks and best practices.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage any of the HR Shared Services Validation Team.

  • Advisory - Strategy and Coaching
  • Resolve any escalation
  • Advise client account leadership regarding HR aspects of key business strategies, issues and decisions and potential problem areas
  • Coach and advise account and engagement leads and employees (when necessary) in people matters relevant to the account and business segment at the worksite
  • Advise Account leadership in career development activities
  • Effectively coach/counsel others
  • Facilitate annual performance management activities for accounted issues and risks

Compliance and Process Improvement

  • Facilitate teamwork and process integration across the team
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and promote teamwork
  • Participate in setting account-wide Human Capital Strategy and people initiatives
  • Provide oversight of all major HR processes from a client perspective
  • Monitor and evaluate HR trends highlighting implications for the client
  • Adapt, communicate, and implement the strategic direction of all operations to ensure adherence to global policies and processes
  • Serve as a main point of contact and manage relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals
  • Resolve any escalated issues and risks
  • Facilitate teamwork and process integration across the team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree course
  • Requires 7-8 years experience in Benefits Administration, with at least 5 years supervisory experience
  • Experience handling a team of 20 or more headcount
  • Strong Stakeholder Management
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experience in Reporting and Analytics
