Job Description
- Conduct data analysis, spot data trends, perform gap analysis, generate reports, and recommend improvements to current business metric collection process
- Produce and deliver tracking and reporting for key KM/SLA’s in the business
- Design key dashboards and scorecards for Senior Leadership and Business Unit (Team Leaders, Training Team, Quality Analysts/Agents, etc.)
- Create and maintain efficient and secure systems for recording data and producing relevant documentation.
- Maintain the daily relationship with the business intelligence supplier
- Seek opportunities to drive innovation and process improvement within the reporting spectrum
- Gather and document reporting requirements and ensure alignment with the reports that is published locally, regional and global.
- Maintain reports inventory and manage resource capacity and manage reporting change requests
- Manage on-site and global governance for the purpose of effective and efficient reporting delivery
- Work with process subject matter experts from each functional team
- Provide and assist in designing insightful report views (excel-based or tool-based or dashboards)
- Provide regular and ad-hoc results interpretation to Accenture management as requested
- Utilize data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Work with other teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve performance results in accordance with contractual agreements between Accenture, vendors and clients

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in reports development with proven ability to deliver high quality and accurate reports within demanding timescales
- Must have at least 1 year supervisory experience
- Strong experience in data tools and automation (Database creation, Tableau, SQL, and other reporting tools)
- Strong technical and numerical skills with advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) - ability to clearly communicate complex quantitative analysis in actionable insights
