Job Description
- Provide application or analytical support to the Talent Supply Chain (TSC) team.
- Develop analytical tools to address issues such as performance measurement, yield rate, channel efficiency, and other TSC metrics.
- Maintain or modify all analytic models in use to adjust to the needs of the business.
- Devise or apply independent models or tools to help verify results of analytical systems
- Define or recommend model specifications or data collection methods
- Identify, track, or maintain metrics for the Talent Supply Chain (TSC)
- Collaborate in the development or testing of new analytical software to ensure compliance with user requirements, specifications, or scope.
- Construct, modify, and clean database models to ensure data reliability and validity.
- Analyze data to identify trends or relationships among variables.
- Prepare analytical reports.
- Prepare graphics or other visual representations of information.
- Apply mathematical principles or statistical approaches to solve problems in scientific or applied fields
- Design software applications.
- Evaluate data quality.
- Prepare data for analysis.
- Determine appropriate methods for data analysis.
- Evaluate project designs to determine adequacy or feasibility
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math or any Computer related course
- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing and developing Tableau, Qliksense, Qlikview, SPSS, or other data analytics / visualization software.
- Advanced MS Excel skill (Dashboard, Reports, Metrics, Math Function, String Function)
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Vast experience in handling numbers and database in Microsoft Excel.
