Job Description
The Senior Total Rewards Analyst will design and communicate total reward policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the long-term HR strategy and business goals. The role will develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for the respective function (MI and Planning, Equity, Pensions or retirement programs) for the delivery of Accenture's total rewards and ensure they are relevant, competitive and affordable. S/he will manage operational transactions as per the agreed norms.
Develop and Execute HR programs
- Develop, deliver, and/or support the Human Capital Strategy, marshalling the right talent to deliver on the objectives for each program/entity
- Serve and/or support the processes for ensuring employees needs are met throughout the entire HR life cycle
- Oversee, plan, and/or support key HR functions such as annual performance management cycles, supply/demand management, employee engagement and people programs, total rewards, and talent development
- Provide counsel to project executive teams on career planning, leadership development and people management
Develop and Execute HR Strategies
- Design, build and/or support HR programs, policies, processes and practices that deliver to Accenture’s long-term HR strategy and business goals
- Define requirements to shape HR strategy, programs, processes and services to fulfill business needs
- Provide strategic and respected HR advice, handling employee discipline and grievances, as appropriate
Develop Key Relationships
- Work with the HR and Business Leaders, understand business/people strategy in order to develop priorities and design/build solutions that support it
- Interface with HR and leadership/employees in assigned areas to provide compensation communication as needed
- Work with Center of Excellence to define the GU compensation framework and future developments and coordinate with field HR Organization and People Advisors to implement compensation processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Applied Math or other related course
- Must have 3 years’ experience in Human Resource or Research and Analytics
- Must have 1 year experience in Total Rewards
- Has a Project Management and Process oriented
- Good communication skills, can articulate thoughts in English spontaneously and with confidence
- Willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong City
- Regular Shift, 9AM-6PM
