Job Description
- Monitor the quality & effectiveness of the learning environment and outcomes, including classroom, courseware/curriculum & instructor readiness, prepare internal faculty members to conduct sessions
- Experience in using Train the Trainer, Mock Calls, Script writing, & coaching of resources to clear speaking and writing skills
- Mastery of course content & related courseware, certification as appropriate
- Track Attendance, Provide and score Assessments, & provide additional training as required
- Demonstrate specialist knowledge in assigned curricula areas
- Regularly provide feedback on content & recommend improvement of courseware
- Teach in blended learning environment including Instructor Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor Led Training (V-ILT), and Social Learning methods
- Set-up & break-down classroom environment including course specified lab equipment
- Provide input during course development as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Achieve & maintain industry certifications in area of specialty mandatory where appropriate.
- Conduct assessments (e.g., Kirkpatrick Level 1 and 2) as per Service Level Agreements (SLA) & administer pre-& post-training exams/tests as required
- Act as mentor in obtaining certifications & in overall quality improvement
- Support supervisor for in-depth content related questions in solution area
Minimum Qualifications
- Open to graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical aspects to all levels
- Strong Interpersonal Skills - Speaking, Presenting, and Client interactions
- Skills and experience in the following:
- Collaboration Infrastructure Architecture
- Learning Content Development
- Learning Delivery Instruction
- Learning Delivery Operations
- Quality Management
- Experience in Telecommunications is an advantage
