Job Description
- Interacts with customer and ensures adherence to qualify and customer service policies and procedures
- Technical hardware/software support including router, mobile/tablet, app etc.
- Provides constructive feedback to customer preferences to drive a positive cutomer experience
- Ensures absolute cosistency of measurement across the business and strive for objectivity and efficiency
- Works against established SLAs and metrics and evaluated by the degree pf their achievement
- Gains and ensures excellent knowledge of product, system and processes
- Proactively work with process mentors from both internal and external departments to improve overall performance
- Updated with the latest technology
- Ability to troubleshoot with non-technical users
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- Undergraduates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent French comminucation skills
- Preferably with call center experience
- Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
