Job Description
- Lead creative, business analysis, and technical teams in user research
- Define requirements, create personas/profiles, user scenarios/flows, design concepts, navigation models, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and perform usability testing
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-6 years’ experience working with global clients providing UI/UX solutions
- Training in design (or relevant subject)
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating passion, creative skills, sophisticated design solutions, brand application and attention to detail
- Experienced in creative, user experience, and front-end development best practices
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and accessibility
- Experience designing for multiple platforms (web, touch, mobile)
- Understanding and experience with development processes on large, enterprise level projects, such a corporate intranets, portals and web-based applications
- A passion for technological innovation and strategic thinking across platforms and disciplines
- Ability to take complex design briefs and business requirements and translate them into simple and user-friendly solutions
- Fluent in English, oral and written
Nice to have:
- Experience working within a global team, including offshore design and development teams.
- Experience with Microsoft tools & technologies (SharePoint, Expression Blend, Silverlight, Windows Phone, Windows 8)
- Motion design
- Knowledge of, and experience with usability, interaction design and user experience design. This includes contextual enquiry, conceptual design, use of scenarios and user profiles, and user testing
