Job Description

Responsibilities:

Service Managers are responsible for coordinating the delivery of services into key enterprise customers:

  • Building a personal relationship with key client staff
  • Successful service delivery - SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction
  • Service reporting and sponsoring service delivery meetings
  • Ability to follow hardware and software best practices as defined by the Managed Services and Financial Management
  • Process capability development

Minimum Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years of delivery/people management experience,
  • Bachelor degree, Engineering course preferred
  • Build, Manage & Scale large operations
  • Ability to convert opportunities into solutions
  • Lead governance meetings with senior management & client partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Docs, and the internet
