Job Description
- He/She will be responsible for processing AR transactions such as billing, posting customer payments, gathering and analyzing financial information:
- Handles different processes such as Rebates Transmission Processing, Dispute processing, Price Protection, and Focus Letters
- Ensures process compliance with the documented Desktop procedures
- Ensures that all processes are properly accounted for at the end of the business day.
- Has efficient working knowledge of all processes in scope.
- Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience on Accounts Receivables/ Order to Cash/ Accounting Background (Cash Apps, Billings, Collections Management, Customer Master Data)
- SAP background preferred
- Proficiency in Excel/ Word Applications
- Written and spoken ability to communicate in English
