We’re looking for a Data Engineer, what does it take to become one?
Database Management
- In-charge of Database of MI Team
- Management of Database of the MI Tool
- Supports various talent sourcing groups in the business in strategy formulation by providing business updates and market insights
- Does data processing and cleaning, and generates various marketing/business reports
- Develops charts and analytical presentations needed to build market intelligence and insights
- Provides key insights based on various data sources, including those from market research projects
Project Management
- Handles various external vendors tapped for specific market research projects
- Implements market research projects to address business inquiries of various teams
- Coordinates with various vendors and stakeholders, monitors timelines of the project, and actively takes part in the execution of various market research projects
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in database creation (create from scratch, designing of data structure using database tools such as SQL or MS Access or Advanced Excel Skills – VBA,) development and management
- Experienced in database creation, development and management or/
- Experienced in data visualization tools such as Python or SQL
- Research skills and experience – either market research or business/financial research
