We’re looking for a Credit and Collections Analyst, what does it take to become one?
Think of yourself as the person who is responsible in managing customers accounts by credit control management.
As a Credit and Collections Analyst, you will be resposible in the tasks below:
- Perform outbound and inbound collections for Internal Courier
- Define and update Customers Credit status according to payment history Perform Order to Cash related adhoc task
- Perform Outbound and Inbound Calls and Emails task
- May handle dispute related concern
Minimum Qualifications
We're looking for an experienced professional with the skill set below:
- College graduate of any Business related course or Accounting
- Extensive experience in Collections, Finance or Accounting
- Three years working experience in BPO or Shared Service setting preferred
- Experience in Customer Service or Call Center is an advantage
Other Qualifications :
- Good Attendance Record, with Collections Background.
- Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Goal-oriented, Team Player
- Willing to render overtime especially during month-end or whenever there is a business need.
