Job Description
As a Bilingual Spanish Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- handling customer requests both in English and Spanish
- resolving extended issues with product and/or service
- May be involved in training/education of new and/or more junior team members on operation procedures and policies
The individual employee’s accountability includes creating the best possible customer experience and problem resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent, preferably Business degree holder
- Skilled in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish Language
- Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Must be a good team player
- Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks
