Job Description
The HR Total Rewards Specialist - Market Intelligence supports the Market Intelligence annual processes and participates in ad-hoc projects, as required, to contribute to the overall delivery of this function. In so doing, they will help develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies (contributing requirements, ideas and resource) within MI and Planning, that align with the business strategy and vision of HR. They will also work on developing reporting and analytic tools for the Market Intelligence function. Additionally, collaborate with the Market Intelligence team and the Total Rewards on projects, developing advanced/predictive analytics to identify hot spots for emerging skills, retention challenges and supply/demand imbalances in the market. Contribute to development of frameworks, toolkits and methodologies that align with the business strategy and vision of Total Rewards and Market Intelligence.
Responsibilties:
- Support the key processes in Market Intelligence (including Job Matching Guidelines, Market Data Analysis and stakeholder reporting) and Annual Planning (including Geographic PoV, affordability analysis, TRPC submission, detailed country plan analysis and mid-year promotions).
- Establish Relationships with HR Shared Service Center Teams, Total Rewards Discipline Teams, CIO Delivery, HR Business Partners and Vendor Delivery Teams
- Gather feedback on the success of the annual processes from key stakeholders
- Work with market intelligence data (market surveys, recruiting data, exit interview data, etc.) to uncover information and insights to help business leaders make decisions on a wide array of functions, promotions, etc., as well as ongoing ad hoc information requests
- Support development of key processes in Market Intelligence (including Job Matching Guidelines, Market Data Analysis and Stakeholder reporting).
- Gather feedback on the success of the annual processes from key stakeholders.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of Market Intelligence and Annual Planning by researching best practices, monitoring legal developments, evaluating emerging trends, keeping appraised of technological advancements and conducting benchmark comparisons
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis of key market intelligence indicators (via dashboards design including predictive analytics) and interlock with stakeholders to support actionable market intelligence
- Develop executive presentations and reference documents
- Define, interpret, and statistically analyze problems related to process requirements and suggest modifications to the process/reporting
- Member of project team responsible for developing and executing technology roadmap for Market Intelligence & Annual Planning and the Total Rewards CoE.
- Research best practices, evaluate emerging trends, stay current with technological advancements and conduct benchmark comparisons
- Support the continued effort to drive standardization across our processes and practices where appropriate
- Support the implementation of common requirements across the processes
- Translate data into meaningful findings and recommendations
- Identify issues and escalate when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course
- At least 7-8 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years supervisory/managerial role experience
- Strong background in planning, design and execution of total rewards programs
- Experience in design and planning of salary, create salary structure and knows how to do data interpretation
- Strong knowledge of the market
- Strong stakeholder management
