Job Description
- Design and develop application using Magento and ensure compliance with application development standards
- Configure, build, and test the application or technology architecture components and classes
- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and architects to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals
- Contribute to ensuring high quality of code by performing unit testing and following best practices
- Document the code during development to ensure maintainability
- Fix any defects and performance problems discovered during testing
- Provide regular status of each assigned task and escalate issues as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of IT related work experience
- Must have an experience working as a Magento Developer and perform deep Magento code-level analysis
- Extensive and practical knowledge about Magento eCommerce applications and their configuration options
- Proficient in Magento environments with knowledge about diverse peripheral systems/extension
- Understanding of Magento Technical and Coding Guidelines and Best Practices
- Intermediate troubleshooting skills related to infrastructure
- Proficient in Linux/Unix, mySQL and GIT
- Readiness to work in EMEA/NALA timings and on-call service in off-business hours
- Ability to lead investigations on complex platform-wide issues
- Good English Language and Communication skills
