We’re looking for a Solutions Architect, what does it take to become one?
Think of yourself as the person who will be working with the sales solution architects, technical architects, ISA, and the new business teams to create, design and sign-off on new technology solution and estimates for RFPs and new/existing projects. You will also assist with the implementation of new data and voice projects as IT experts.
As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for doing the following tasks:
- Manages Data and Voice Estimate (DVE) models for each new BPS client deal assigned.
- Acts as the IT SME for Accenture voice and data technology. Exercises consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to management policies and the general operations of the business.
- Reports directly to IOSA Team Lead and local supervisors.
- Will work with deal teams to ensure DVE models are accurate and meet the requirements of the deal.
- Highlight all risks and assumptions to all stakeholders at all stages.
Minimum Qualifications
We're looking for an experienced professional with the following skill set:
- Must have 5 or more years experience with voice and data technology.
- Must have deep understanding of Accenture’s network, its global presence, and how it is deployed.
- Must have an expert understand how an MPLS, VPN, and standard WAN/LAN infrastructure works.
- Must have an expert understanding of how VoIP and other voice technology works and how Cisco call platform operates.
- Must have the ability and experience with working directly with senior managers and above from various geographies.
