Job Description
- Conduct Floorwalk, ISMS, BCMS, Foxtrot and joint assessments (ICC and CDP) to BPO projects and support groups
- Work with functional leads/service delivery leads/SPOCs, in tracking action plans defined for non-conformances cited
- Implement plans and strategies designed and developed for rolling out Risk and Compliance initiatives
- Support Compliance Team in deploying PDC-wide initiatives
- Manage internal and external compliance engagements
- Prepare for ISO Certification and Surveillance Audit preparations
- Perform end-to end assessment activities from planning to closure of findings
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of required information for regular reports in audit
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance or any business-related course
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- Must have auditing skills/background
- Must be able to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended working hours
