We’re looking for a Bilingual Mandarin Associate, what does it take to become one?

Think of yourself as the person who is responsible for applying expertise in a specific business process delivery capability (or capabilities) to ensure services are delivered in a manner consistent with our Standard Delivery Solutions and Service Level Agreements and drive continuous improvement.

As a Bilingual Mandarin Associate , you will be responsbile in doing the following tasks:

  • Manage incoming credit evaluation and other transactional requests within agreed processes and SLA
  • Execute compliance to all documented processes and SOX requirements
  • Execute full and efficient use of tools and systems including the execution of system and process change initiatives in the credit risk operation
  • Populate information in ERP systems including SAP to undertake Credit Evaluation and keep master records up to date
  • Respond to client and operations queries around credit risk actions and status
  • Minimize financial risk to the client through appropriate risk monitoring processes
  • Understand and execute
  • Efficiently communicate and share critical information with the client
  • Flexibility around working hours required during client specified key periods (month end)
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate by either Accenture or the client

Minimum Qualifications

We're looking for an experienced professional with the following skill set:

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience in a credit / risk or accounting analysis function
  • Must have primary degree in business / finance / credit management
  • Must have a basic understanding of credit risk concepts, with sound knowledge of credit risk attributes
  • With strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability and confidence to communicate to clients, customers and other stakeholders
  • Ability to partner across regions and functional work groups to solve problems and complete transactions
  • Self-starter with good time management to meet strict deadlines
  • Proven ability to partner with peers and others to drive standardization and process improvement including the adoption of best practices and new ways of working
  • Strong problem solver with an analytical approach, with the ability to deal effectively in high pressure and dynamic situations
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills and competence with other PC based applications (MS Office, Word)
  • Proficient in Mandarin Language
  • Must be at least a Bachelors Degree holder
