Job Description
As a Accounts Receivable Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing teams of processors and analysts handling Accounts Receivables. You will have performance oversight for the team and ensures that productivity and quality metrics are met and reported.
- Coordinates individual and team work assignments
- Monitors team members performance with the focus on improvement
- Ensures individual and team service levels are met or exceeded
- Participates in providing feedback to the Quality team for improvement suggestions
- Works with auditing resources on individual and team error trends
- Provides suggestions on unit performance, including motivation tactics, incentive programs and performance rewards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate, preferably in Business
- At least 4 years work experience, particularly in Accounts Receivables
- Experience with Accouting Systems
- Able to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
