We’re looking for an Design Analyst, what does it take to become one?

Think of yourself as the person who is responsible for creating design solutions and video outputs that have a high visual impact. The ideal candidate must have a professional demeanor and three years minimum experience in graphic design and producing dynamic videos.

Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you are responsible in meeting program managers, design leads and senior designers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.

As Design Analyst you will beusing innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;

We're looking for an experienced professional with the following skill set:

• Graduate of a creative design related course, multi-media arts, interactive design or related field from a reputable university;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in video editing or digital graphic design:
• Must have a creative mind and storytelling / storyboarding skills, knowledge in interactive design;
• Must be proficient in both Mac and Windows environment;
• Must have a solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut;
• Must have a technical skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash;
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio;
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, continuity etc;
• Familiarity with special effects;
• able to manage timelines and multiple workload;
• knowledge in photography and freehand illustration is a plus.
