We’re looking for an Operations Manager, what does it take to become one?
Think of yourself as the person who is responsible for reviewing the credit worthiness of partners and customers for a large multi-national client, execute credit management processes and perform credit risk analysis and management of securities management activities.

Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you are responsible Analyse financial statements to independently determine the financial condition of customers and make informed recommendations on risk rating and whether to increase, decrease or maintain existing credit lines.
As an Operations Manager, you will be analyzing weekly and monthly AR and Credit Consumption reports, analyse and process credit security information, including making recommendation for renewal/replacement of appropriate security requirements, including LOC’s, Personal Guarantees, and Insurance.
Minimum Qualifications
We're looking for an experienced professional with the following skill sets:
- We are looking for a candidate who has a degree in Business or Finance or related discipline
- Candidate with at least 2 years previous credit analysis or financial analysis experience
- Must have an experience in managing securities is an advantage
- Must have a proficiency in Excel and Word and Order to Cash ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills together with an ability to think laterally and strategically
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and ability to work on own initiative.
- Experience in a Multinational, fast moving environment
- Knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage
- Experience in financial modelling is an advantage
- Prior Experience with SAP or ERP based Credit Review solutions
