Job Description
- General Management - Overall holistic management of the organization, the different business ventures and brands under it, along with the different business unit heads and managers.
- Operations - In charge of day-to-day operations
- Business Development - Create and implement strategies to increase profitability and business expansion
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum five years experience as a mid-senior manager.
- Must be knowledgeable in overall business management and operations, including setup and organizational structuring, streamlining of all business process, creation and implementation of general policies and procedures, putting systems in place for the various aspects of the organization, and must possess exceptional team leadership and management skills
- Must have a good grasp and understanding of the various departments and areas of a business.
- Preference shall be given to candidates who have owned, setup, and managed their own business.
