Job Description
The Dispatcher is responsible in preparation of documents necessary for release of finish goods.
- Reconciles stuffing report against printed DN copy.
- Veridies un-confirmed T.O to the system.
- Performs shipment documentation of released Stuffing report forwarded from Inventory Controller.
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the work place and actively participate in all clearning and environmental Programs set by the management.
- Ensures that all activities in the warehouse conform with Good Warehouse Practice (GMP) and 5s.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-year business course in college.
- Computer literate.
- Average communication skills, presentation skills, problem-solving, good in people handling.
- Innovative, creative, flexible and can easily adopt to changes, commited and result oriented.
- Possesses leadership skills.
