- Experience in travel agency documentation / liaising department
- Familiarity in different types of visa rules and regulations.
- Willing to work in Makati.

Will be responsible for timeley and accurate transmittal / delivery of travel documents to regulatory bodies on issuancee of the same to its clients.
Will be responsible for the delivery and pick-up of invoices and accounting documents, pick-up of checque collections.
Issues receipts to clients, deposits collections and submit bank documents.
Route check vouchers for approval, pay utilities and other company dues and other admin adhoc tasks.
