Job Description
- A head waiter reports to the restaurant manager, maître d’ and executive chef.
- He is responsible for all serving staff -- including bussers -- on the dining room floor.
- He will make sure customers are served on time and that tables are cleared.
- He also coordinates service with the maître d’.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated with a Bacherlor's Degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management or equivalent
- With five (5) years working experience in the related field is required
- Preferably with experience in food serving and bartending.
- Must be willing to work in Mall of Asia, Pasay City
