Finance Head  

The Finance Head is responsible for the overall direction and control of all financial concerns. S/he will also be responsible for all aspects of financial management including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial accounting, budget and forecasts preparation, financial risk management as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

Design financial system that gather, organize and analyze data both at the customer and transactional levels, which will enable the organization to understand and drive customer profitability.

• Works closely with the Business Management as well as other relevant departments in providing and interpreting financial data and its relevance to goals and operations.
• Advises management on issues related to compliance and legal regulations.
• Responsible for timely and accurate submission of internal and external reports required.
• Takes the lead on financial management: reviews, analyzes, interprets and reports to Management.
• Designing and implementing of systematic costing methodology for value adding activities, and elimination of non-value adding activities.
• Plans for and uses resources efficiently, look for ways to reduce cost and to manage utilization of the resources – cost structure analysis, expense management, liquidation, and adequate audit trail/documentation.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Responsible for the proper implementation of the company’s policies, identifying gaps, and inefficiencies in the existing financial and operational aspects of the business activities, and proposing solutions to address the gaps and issues.
• Provides expert advice on tax issues.
• Other tasks that may be assigned by management

• Graduate of Accountancy
• Requirement: CPA
• Minimum of 10 – 12 yrs. in financial accounting, systems and methods, or related functions.
• Financial and Accounting skills: can explain both the “big picture” and detailed views of financial management; speak on complex issues and trends related to accounting policy; set strategic direction for the organization in relation to financial management; manage the integration of multiple interrelated projects
• Abreast of the different government rulings and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications.
• Preferably lives near Bonifacio Global City.
