Job Description
The Research Specialist is responsible for analyzing internal performance and reviewing marketing programs that would support business’ goals.
Gather and provide Report Analysis of Internal Performance
- Determines the demographics and buying trends of current and potential customers.
- Assist in continuously improving and optimizing various marketing programs.
- Maintains and processes CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing) that would support Business goals.
- Makes the market productivity better by checking the all the processes and its system, and gets the necessary information done.
Support the gathering of Market Research
- Researches and identifies key data sources
- Conducts market research activities, bench-markings, and use marketing tools in order to acquire feedback from interest groups.
- Analyzes the business environment (market, consumer, and competition) as input for portfolio planning and development plans.
- Gather up-to-date market trends and trends in related industries affecting the business and Reporting to Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in performing marketing research (qualitative and/or quantitative) and/or 2+ years experience in customer/retail / CRM data analysis)
- Have excellent soft skills on:
- Efficient project planning
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Effective verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel
- A plus but not required: knows how to perform advanced statistical runs (e.g., regression, significance testing, etc.)
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Willing to be assigned in BGC.
