Fulfillment Head  

The Fulfillment Head manages and oversees the overall Fulfillment operations from strategy formulation, to implementation, monitoring and evaluation to support the business in attaining its business and organizational objectives. Cascades corporate and Fulfillment directions and implements department projects.

LOGISTICS, WAREHOUSING, and INVENTORY MANAGEMENT and COORDINATION

• Ensure the efficient logistics operations in the logistics/warehousing centers including the management of the receipt and shipment of the products.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Warehousing Services Providers
• Ensure that measures are implemented for the safe and proper handling of the products from the time they are imported into the country, up to the transportation of such to the warehouses, their proper storage, and delivery to the customers.
• Ensure that inventories are managed, actual product counts are conducted and records are regularly updated in the computer system so that the in-house records match those of the Warehousing Service Providers.
• Implement measures to prevent inventory losses and prevent discrepancies in the inventory records maintained by the Warehousing Service Providers and the company.
• Ensure that efficient shipping procedures and the proper invoicing/documentations are implemented and that proper submission, transmittal to relevant personnel and the filing and storage of such documents are done in an organized manner.
• Oversee the Return and Exchange Process to rectify errors and prevent unnecessary losses on the part of the company.
  • Ensure that the records for such are submitted and registered.
• Ensure the proper charging of the Logistics/Warehousing Companies for single-product transactions, multiple product transactions, regular and special delivery arrangements such that over-billing is prevented.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT and COORDINATION

• Ensure that the Delivery and Warehousing Functions outsourced to a service provider are carried out as agreed in the service agreement/contract.
• Coordinate with the outsourced company the implementation of strategies formulated by the company.
• Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the Performance and Results of the outsourced company.
• Provide performance feedback through informal communications, formal performance reviews, goal-setting and deficiency management for the KPI.
• Manage the coordination of day-to-day concerns involving the Call Center and outsourced company.
• Build, establish, and maintain open lines of communication with agents, peers, Trainers and Managers, QA specialists, Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing and other areas of the company to facilitate problem-solving.

IMPORTATION/TRADING MANAGEMENT

• Equip himself/herself with the knowledge of importation/trade rules and regulations.
• Monitor day to day importation/trading activities and ensure that schedules/timetables are met.
• Equip himself/herself with information regarding product sourcing such that he could provide and expert’s view when required by customers and when support regarding such is needed by the Sales team.
• Ensure the proper implementation of Quality Control measures.

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration and/or combination of any Business related course and experience in Brokerage/Forwarding/Logistics companies.
• At least 10 years of experience in Fulfillment Management.
• Retail Logistics experience is preferred.
• Knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent level of communication skill.
• Basic MS Office applications but Intermediate in MS Excel.
• Good English language comprehension.
• Willing to work in BGC and Pasig City
