Company Nurse  

As the Company Nurse:

• Give first aid treatment and proper medication to employee as needed.
• Observe and record the symptoms of the employee/patient.
• In case of any accidents, accompany the injured employee to the nearest hospital.
• Maintain medical and other related records of employees.
• Verify Sick Leave of employees.
• Examine and make sure employees submit medical certificate/fit to work.
• Maintain medical suppliers and inventory.

As the Human Resource Admin:

• Maintain manual and electronic documents, files, records (e.g. 201 files, incident reports, etc.) for the purpose of providing accurate information in compliance with established guidelines.
• Monitor pre-employment requirements.
  • Validate authenticity of documents.
• Ensure employee coverage and registration -both mandatory and company initiated benefits.
• Provide administrative support and reports to HR: Checks and prepares timekeeping report of employees.
  • Prepare governmental reports.
  • Monitor and update company initiated benefits.
• Conduct background check.
• Assist in managing harmonious relationships between management and employees through active involvement in employee programs and communication.
• Perform other responsibilities that may be assigned by the management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Professional License (Registered Nurse).
• At least 1 year experience in a similar role (Company Nurse and/or HR Admin/Associate).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly fluent and articulate in both English and Filipino.
• High level of interpersonal skill in different levels/positions.
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications particularly in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
• Able to relate to all levels of organization.
• Keen to details, highly proficient in establishing priorities, and able to meet deadlines.
• Team player, highly flexible, highly organized, and willing to work in a fast paced working environment.
• Pleasing personality, positive working attitude, and customer service oriented.
• Preferably lives near Bonifacio Global City.
