Job Description
The Accounts Payable Staff’s main responsibility is to process all the payables of the company. He/she shall ensure that all payables are validated and paid on time, complying with BIR requirements on withholding taxes. He/she shall also assist in month-end and year-closing by providing accruals and schedules related to payables. Other tasks and responsibilities are as follows:
- Receive and check or validate suppliers' invoices.
- Prepare check vouchers and payment requests.
- Prepare and release BIR form 2307.
- Prepare month-end accruals for recurring and non-recurring entries.
- Prepare Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation.
- Perform other responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accounting.
- 1-2 years work experience.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- CPA is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strategic thinker and detail-oriented.
- Preferably lives near Bonifacio Global City.
