Planning Staff  

The Planning Specialist is responsible to provide expertise in both strategic and administrative planning of each business operations/department.

• Supports General Affair function set-up.
• Supports Sales and Business Management set-up.
• Supports process improvement on each departments.
• Manages budget and reports to Stakeholders.
• Coordinates with company’s business operation related work.
• Provides administrative support to the Top Executives of the company and their family.
• Handles general office procurement.
• Manages the inventory of both stock and non-stock items (except IT equipment).
• Asset monitoring and management.
• Supports the Planning Specialist and Business Management Lead in various Special Projects related to sales and budgeting.
• Other tasks that will be assigned by the Top Executives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Management or any Business related course.
• At least 1 yr of related experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Has experience or part of strategic planning and analysis.
• High level of interpersonal skill in different levels/positions.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations, and documentation.
• Keen to details, highly proficient in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Must be a team player, highly flexible, highly organized, and willing to work in a fast paced working environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be highly fluent and articulate in both English and Filipino; and must be able to relate to all levels of organization.
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications particularly in MS Word & Excel
• Preferably lives near Bonifacio Global City
