To provide visual expertise and supervise multimedia production for digital ads content.
Our team is continuously growing and we are looking for a talented Director with an extensive background in creating ads for a digital platform and has in-depth knowledge from concept development to post-production.
The director will manage and direct the video production team and collaborative with the marketing team to meet or exceed standards of creative excellence, timeliness, and profitability. He/she will be responsible in leading the Creatives Team from conceptualization up to post production and. Also to be an example of highest level of commitment, collaboration, creativity, accountability, courage, and humor.
- Leads ideation of online video content with the team
- Directs, shoots, and edits video content as needed
- Supervises shoot calendar and end-to-end video production
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience leading a team of art directors, graphic artists, video editors and videographers
- Background in digital advertising, media, and marketing is a plus
- Extensive knowledge in social media advertising, particularly Facebook including all ad format and placements
- Knowledgeable in camera operations
- Excellent leadership skills and can handle and supervise an entire production and its crew
- Highly creative, efficient with time and resources, and can balance management feedback with editorial oversight
