Job Description
Our company is growing fast and we need highly motivated people that can make an impact in less than 3 months time. We want people who have big goals and are not afraid to dream big to join the next big start-up.
What would be your immediate role?
- Monitor and forecast asset and supplies inventory.
- Source and manage suppliers and vendors.
- Create budget proposals for admin expenses.
- Develop and maintain filing system.
- Oversee use and maintenance of office equipment, furniture, fixtures, tools, and wares.
- Control and minimize monthly office expenses.
What would be your future role?
We will grow aggressively next year so there will be a lot of opportunities. You will be expected to oversee the administrative side of the company and be trained to lead the admin team.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2-4 years of impactful experience.
- Experienced in:
- Vendor management.
- Project management.
- Gantt/PERT.
- Solid spreadsheet skills and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- Willing to work in Makati.
