Hi!

We’re looking for someone who can handle the responsibilities of being a customer service representative. We recognize the difficulties this job entails, which is why we believe it might be better for our company’s CSR agent to be based at home, where they will be less likely to stress themselves out.

We don’t view customer service as “just a job.” You won’t be “just a customer service agent.” You’re going to be part of the bigger picture that is often overlooked by one-dimensional companies and their old-fashioned way of thinking. That means, you won’t just be our “panakip butas” for poor service. That’s why we want you to be in a place that is comfortable for you, a place that stresses you out the least - your home.

Customer service representatives are the eyes and ears of businesses. The feedback they get from customers is critical for a company to deliver better service. You are our frontline, and we’ve got your back where other companies will be too lazy to become better and let their customer service agents get all the heat.

We believe customer service can be better. We believe that YOU can make US better. You’ll be there to answer inquiries, yes, but a few times a day you’ll get an opportunity to make an impact by helping out a customer in need. If you do this right and you impress a customer, we can get valuable feedback that can be used to fix the underlying issues that face us. Your opinion will be just as valued as the customers, and we will need it to be able to fix the root causes of their complaints so you don’t have to hear the same thing over and over and over again.

You’re here to help us deal with root causes, not band-aid fixes.

Because this role is so important and because you’re going to have to be okay with working different shifts, we’re giving you the freedom to do it within the comfort of your own home. You’ll be able to take some time for yourself, lounge around for a bit, walk your dog, grab a bite to eat from your fridge. Working from home is a benefit for you, as you wouldn’t have to put aside hours of your day slogging through the traffic having to go to work and get back home.

Again, we have to stress that this isn’t going to be a “customer service agent lang” position. You will not only be leaving your mark on the good vibes that you imprint on the customers, but you will also have a say in making the company better.

Part of your responsibilities will be the following:

  1. Attends to customer inquiries or concerns thru chat and/or email if needed
  2. Process customer orders and purchases
  3. Confirms orders by calling or texting customers
  4. Manual placement of customer orders on Shopify
  5. Coordinates with Company regarding item replacement and pull-out proceedings
  6. Updates customer regarding product inquiry and purchased merchandise
  7. Attends to customers complaints on products (e.g. make sure that customer has been replied by an apology email)
  8. Coordinates with the Company on new items to be sold or other product updates in order to address customer’s inquiry efficiently
  9. Asks feedback from customers after orders and purchases

Minimum Qualifications

  • Female applicants, graduate of any course
  • Must be willing to work different shifts as scheduled (AM Shift/PM Shift)
  • Must have laptop/desktop and good internet connection
  • Must have clear communication skills (able to communicate well in English, Filipino, or Tag-lish)
  • Empathetic, and understands the customer and issues to be resolved
  • Friendly, with an outgoing personality and positive attitude
  • Authentic and attentive
